1. Service Description
CryptoSwapPro provides a non-custodial cryptocurrency exchange service. We aggregate rates from third-party exchanges and facilitate peer-to-peer crypto-to-crypto swaps. We are not a bank, financial institution, or regulated exchange in all jurisdictions.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18+ years old. Service is unavailable to residents of OFAC-sanctioned countries (Iran, North Korea, Syria, Cuba, etc.). By using this service, you confirm you are not on any international sanctions list.
3. Exchange Process
- All exchanges up to $500,000 are processed automatically within 30–60 seconds
- Maximum single exchange: $500,000
- Always double-check wallet addresses — incorrect addresses result in permanent loss of funds
- For coins requiring MEMO/TAG, it is mandatory — omitting it may result in lost funds
- Minimum exchange amount: $10 equivalent
4. Fees
Our service fee is 0.1% of the exchange amount, always displayed before confirmation. Network/blockchain fees are included in the quoted rate. No additional charges apply.
5. Refunds
If an exchange cannot be completed due to technical issues on our end, funds will be returned to the provided refund address within 24 hours. We strongly recommend providing a refund address for every exchange. Exchanges sent to incorrect addresses cannot be reversed.
6. Prohibited Activities
You must not use our service for: money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, proceeds from illegal activities, or any other illegal purpose. We reserve the right to freeze and report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.
7. Limitation of Liability
CryptoSwapPro is not liable for: losses due to incorrect wallet addresses provided by users, blockchain network delays, market rate fluctuations during processing, or force majeure events. Maximum liability is limited to the fee paid for the specific exchange.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. Major changes will be announced 14 days in advance.

The non-custodial model means we are a routing layer, not a bank. Your Bitcoin or Ethereum passes through for seconds. We cannot freeze your account because you don't have one.

The fee shown is the fee you pay
0.1% of the exchange amount. It appears on screen before you confirm. There is no secondary fee, no withdrawal charge, no "processing surcharge" added at the last step.

Every transaction is screened automatically against international sanctions lists. This takes milliseconds and does not delay your exchange. It protects honest users from being on a platform that processes criminal funds.

Automatic exchanges complete in 10–60 seconds. If anything goes wrong on our side, we return your funds within 24 hours. Always provide a refund address just in case.

Above $10,000 per day, financial law in most jurisdictions requires identity verification. Below that threshold, no ID is required by law, and we don't ask for it.
Common questions about our terms
Do these terms apply if I just visit the site without exchanging?
Visiting the site and browsing rates does not constitute use of the service. The terms apply from the moment you initiate an exchange — that is, when you send cryptocurrency to our provided deposit address.
Can you change the terms without notice?
For minor clarifications we update without advance notice. For changes that materially affect how exchanges are processed, fees, or limits, we announce them at least 14 days in advance via our Telegram channel and the website. The terms page always shows the most recent version with the update date at the top.
What happens if I send more than the agreed amount?
We process the intended amount and return the excess to your refund address. This is one of the main reasons we always ask you to provide a refund address — even when you think you won't need it. Without a refund address, recovery takes longer and requires you to contact support.
Is there a maximum transaction size?
The single-transaction limit is $500,000. There is no KYC requirement below $10,000 per day. Between $10,000 and $500,000, standard identity verification applies. For institutional volumes above $500,000, contact us directly.
What law governs these terms?
CryptoSwapPro is registered in the European Union and complies with EU financial regulations including AML directives and GDPR. OFAC sanctions apply to all users regardless of jurisdiction.
How CryptoSwapPro differs from regulated exchanges
Most regulated exchanges — Coinbase, Kraken, Binance — are custodial services. When you deposit Bitcoin to Coinbase, Coinbase holds your private keys. Their terms of service are accordingly complex because they cover obligations that arise from holding customer funds: insurance requirements, withdrawal limits, account freezing procedures, dispute timelines.
CryptoSwapPro is non-custodial. We never hold your private keys or your funds in the traditional sense. We create a one-time deposit address for each exchange, process the swap, and send the result to the address you specified. Your funds are in transit for seconds, not held in an account.
This structural difference is why our terms are shorter and why no registration is required for amounts under $10,000/day. There is no account to freeze, no balance to hold, no withdrawal queue — just a direct swap with transparent fees shown upfront.
