Fees FAQ

Q: Is 0.1% actually the total cost?
Yes. That's all we take. The blockchain network fee is already factored into the rate shown — you won't see it added separately at the confirmation step.
Q: Is there a deposit fee?
No. Send your crypto, we process it, you receive the agreed amount minus 0.1%. Nothing else comes off.
Q: Does the fee change for big amounts?
It stays at 0.1% up to $100K/day. Above that, reach out and we'll talk custom pricing.
Q: Why is the amount I receive slightly less than I calculated manually?
Because the rate you calculated probably used the raw market price, while our quote already has the 0.1% fee and network costs baked in. The number on our screen is the real number.

Crypto exchange fees comparison 2026

Exchange fees vary wildly across platforms — and they are rarely presented in a way that makes comparison easy. Most exchanges advertise a "maker/taker" fee of 0.1%, then add a spread on conversions, a network withdrawal fee, and sometimes a "processing fee" that appears only at the last step. Here is a side-by-side comparison of what you actually pay on each major platform.

Exchange Service Fee Spread Network Fee KYC Required Effective Total
CryptoSwapPro 0.1% None Included No (under $10K/day) ~0.1%
Binance (convert) 0% 0.1–0.5% Separate charge Yes (always) ~0.3%
Coinbase 0.5–1.5% Up to 2% Separate charge Yes (always) ~1.5–3%
Changelly 0.5% 0–0.3% Included No (under $10K) ~0.5%
SimpleSwap ~0.5% 0.3–0.8% Included No ~0.8–1.3%
FixedFloat 1% None Included No ~1%
ChangeNOW 0% 0.5–2% Included No (small amounts) ~0.5–2%
Kraken (spot) 0.16–0.26% 0.1–0.5% Separate charge Yes (always) ~0.5–1%

Why most fee comparisons mislead you

The most common trick is advertising a low maker/taker fee while making money on the spread — the gap between the buy and sell price the exchange quotes you versus the real market price. Binance charges 0% on conversions, but the spread on their "Convert" product is typically 0.3–0.8%. That is higher than our all-in 0.1%.

Coinbase is the most expensive mainstream option. Their "Simple" interface — the one most people use — charges between 0.5% and 1.5% as a flat fee, then adds a spread on top. A $500 Bitcoin purchase can cost $15–20 in fees on Coinbase. The same exchange on CryptoSwapPro costs $0.50.

The other thing to watch is the network fee. Many exchanges list the blockchain withdrawal fee separately — it appears after you have already committed to the exchange. We include network costs in the rate we quote you upfront. What you see is what you pay.

How the 0.1% fee works in practice

Example 1: $100 exchange
You exchange $100 worth of BTC for USDT. Our fee: $0.10. You receive $99.90 in USDT. Network fees are already factored into the quoted rate — no additional charges.
Example 2: $1,000 exchange
You exchange $1,000 worth of ETH for SOL. Our fee: $1.00. Coinbase would charge $5–15 for the same exchange. Changelly would charge $5. We charge $1.
Example 3: $10,000 exchange
You exchange $10,000 USDT for BTC. Our fee: $10. No KYC required. Binance requires full identity verification for this amount; we do not. Fee is the same 0.1%.

How we can charge only 0.1%

We aggregate live rates from 30+ exchanges every 60 seconds — Binance, OKX, Kraken, Bybit, and others. When you initiate an exchange, we route it through the source offering the best price at that moment. On high-volume pairs like BTC/USDT and ETH/USDT, we also hold proprietary liquidity that occasionally beats even Binance spot pricing on smaller amounts.

We are not a custodial exchange. We do not maintain an order book, pay market makers, or operate a trading engine. Our infrastructure cost per transaction is substantially lower than a full exchange, which is why we can pass those savings to users as a lower fee. The 0.1% covers our operating costs and margin. That is the whole business model — no advertising revenue, no data sales, no upsells.

See the fee before you commit — no registration, no surprises at the last step.
